DIY Inspirations: For My Flowers

Spice things up with your old/unwanted bottles, vases or jars and turn them into brand new decor pieces. You can never go wrong with placing them anywhere in the house, and even the garden too. And, they can go with or without flowers but I still do prefer mine with flowers/plants though.  Here's how you can with these simple ideas. They can be...

studded

or your dirty old pair of boots

or your favourite pair of bright-colored boots

or covered with a bunch of unsharpened pencils taped together

 or marbled-painted jars from inside

or covered with slices of wood

or a painted jar with your own quotes

or painted wine bottles with or w/o your own words

or gold painted jars/bottles

or covered with a brown paper bag

 or covered with fabrics

 or beaded

or made out of old story books

or a tissue box coated with newspaper strips

 or with chalkboard paint

or light bulbs (I love this one!)

 or covered with paper mache

or on the wall

or hanging

or painted and decorated with washi tapes

or covered with crystal pebbles

 or painted can drinks

 or covered with rose petals

 or painted plastic plumbing pipes

or covered with colorful scrapbook papers

or covered with yarn

or chinese lanterns

or covered with wooden mats

or covered with a bunch of twigs tied together

or different kinds of tins

 or covered with cork coasters

or covered with old wool sweaters

 or covered with lace doilies

or covered with socks

So, don't throw away those vases/jars/wine bottles/pots/tins cause you could turn them into a work of art.

Have fun! :)
